When walking the isle the traditional protocol suggests that it should be as follow:

Bridesmaids

Maid of honor

Ring Bearer

Flower Girl

The Bride with her Father

 (Optional with both parents)

That sounds good; however, you can be traditional while still adding your personal touch.Spice it up by changing the music. For example, instead of the Wedding March use your favorite song or have your Bridesmaids walk like if they were on a runway. After all, it is your special day, make it your own.
