Often called bio bays, the phosphorescent light that shines with movement is triggered by a microorganism called dinoflagellate, which is able to generate an emerald bright green light which they collect in daytime.  Ladies, it is very important to remember that if you want to wow your man, you can’t do the kayak tour on a full moon; to has to be completely dark so the light can really shine through. You have your pick: Fajardo, Lajas or Vieques.
