Two Summer Signature Drinks for your Cocktail Hour

Beautiful beaches, spectacular sunsets and the ideal warm climate… it is the perfect backdrop for your destination wedding ceremony but, it could be a little hotter than what your guests are used to. So, our number one suggestion is to offer them a cold signature drink for the Cocktail Hour right after the ceremony.

We have different choices in our Hotel, La Concha Resort in Puerto Rico. Our top best sellers are: Passion Fruit Mojito, Traditional Mojito, White Sangria and Red Sangria. Nonetheless, looking for new alternatives to offer our Brides, our bartender Jonathan, from the Lobby Bar created the two drinks below and we are loving them!

Under the Sun

1 ¼ ounces of Coconut Rum

¾ ounce Grand Marnier

1 ounce Pineapple Juice

Splash Grenadine

Touch of Pink

1 ¼ ounces of Gin

¾ Chambord

1 ½ ounce Pink Lemonade
